We take your privacy seriously. Here is exactly what we do and don't do with your information.

What we collect: Your phone number, and a list of which people you have asked to be notified about.

What we don't collect: We don't ask for your name, email address, location, or any other identifying information. We don't use tracking cookies, ads, or analytics tools that share data with third parties.

How we store it: Your phone number is stored in encrypted form. The list of alerts you have set up is private and never shown to anyone but you.

Who we share it with: Only our text-message provider, and only the minimum information needed to send you a text. We do not sell or share your information.

How long we keep it: Your alerts expire after 6 months. When an alert is canceled, expired, or fires, we delete that record within 30 days.

Legal requests: If we receive a subpoena or court order, we will produce only what we are legally required to produce. We don't keep data longer than necessary.
